We greatly appreciate your interest in adopting one of our puppies. Before adopting from us, please consider adopting from a local area rescue or shelter. Shelters receive approximately 3.1 million dogs yearly, with approximately 390,000 undergoing euthanasia.
Bringing a new puppy into your family is exciting, and it is a long-term obligation with added financial responsibilities. You must do your homework and learn as much as possible about the Golden Retriever before committing. You cannot decide based on a few cute pics we love showing you. With proper research and some essential preparations, the lifetime of love and loyalty you will receive from your new puppy will help get you through the times when you will be frustrated and question why you took on this new family member. Here are a few links to help you get started on your research.
FYI, Golden Retrievers shed a lot. Here is a link to TotallyGoldens.com to help you understand the amount of shedding and the reasons they shed. If you don't want furballs all over you or your house, you don't want a Golden Retriever. If you have no issues with fur everywhere, you will need lots of pet lint rollers—one in every room of your house, one in your car, some at work. In a million years, you would never have thought you would ever need to buy these in bulk. LOL :-)

We appreciate your interest in adopting one of our precious Golden Retriever puppies. We want to get to know you a little before you adopt one of our puppies. We also hope you will get to know us.
Once you have made a deposit and secured your "Pick of the Litter," we will email you to schedule a chat to get to know each other. If you have any social media sites that you would like to share with us, please include the links in your email.
Note: If, after our "getting to know you" conversation, we determine that our puppies would not be a good fit for you and your family, we will completely refund your deposit.
Below is a list of questions and topics we would like to discuss. Please feel free to be prepared with your questions.
Once the puppies have reached six weeks old, we will allow you to choose your puppy. We wait until six weeks for several reasons, as we want a veterinarian to examine the puppy thoroughly. Also, at this time, their personalities are more distinguishable. Don't worry; you can follow the puppy's progress with all the pictures and videos we post on all our social media.
Potential puppy parents who have placed a deposit will be allowed to visit the puppies at six weeks. For health reasons, we cannot allow ongoing visiting of the puppies. We will schedule you for an hour-long appointment to spend some quality time with the pups.
We will start with the 1st pick and move down the list in order. We will Facetime or send videos. We will discuss their personalities and traits with you. Your puppy will be a member of your family for years to come. We will help in any way to ensure the puppy is a match for you and your family. You can follow us on all our social media accounts, as we will constantly post pictures and videos of all the puppies to help you decide when it comes time to pick.
Once you have picked your new puppy, please let us know their name so we can start calling them by their new name.
Your long-awaited day has finally arrived; what can you expect when you pick up your new puppy?
Note: The final payment of $2,060 is due before you pick up your new puppy.
